Hey,
websites looking brill well done. I showed the parents all it of last night including making them watch 3 of the goodnights and they did it with smiles even though it took 45 minutes!!
Not so sure about the communion reflection dance but you know! I have to agree with Tom and Sam and say the Big Yellow bus song is a favourite, aswell as the thoughts.
Well done and a big hello to everyone, hope you're enjoying your summer.

me again guys and girls,

Just wanted to say your a few days in now and i wonder if the excitement has began to wear off... i doubt it somehow!

anyway the other day I was thinking about my life a little and how i've lived my life since SOS - before it well i did my best but SOS really helped. Anyway i came across a concept of my own mind and if you think about it will focus you on your every activity ...

"Life is about the journey, Not the destination"

Doesn't sound like much but if you sit for 5 mins and really concentrate on what it means you will soon see there is hidden meaning, and a different meaning for each of you. All of them are valid and good.

May god walk with you on your journey of life, and carry you when the times are hard.

Enjoy the rest of SOS.
andy

Hope that you're all having a really fun time at SOS. It seems really fun from the pictures. :D

Katka,we were very happy to see you on the photos, and hoppe you have a good timel, we wish you and all your new frends great time together.
with love from mom, martin, sam, terez and dad.

It's fantastic to see the preparations taking place - you've got a great team of leaders and I'm sure it will go really well. I hope you had fun teambuilding today. I've got wonderful memories from last year and the year before of making hurricane shelters and building things out of lego and straws! Have lots of laughs as you get to know one another and come together as a team and as a community. Have a fabulous week, do lots of amazing things and have a ball! I'll be thinking of you, praying that your work will do lots of good and that your time together will build some deep and lasting relationships with one another and with God. Enjoy!

Hi Guys & Girls

Just wanted to wish you all the best in the coming days.
I did SOS, the first one way back in 2007...
Even though 2 years may sound like a long time it really isn't, I still have my SOS shirts and they are still worn on a regular basis to show my commitment to the SOS way of life. What you learn over the next few days may not appear to be very much, indeed it may appear you learn how to get sun stroke (not impossible in the UK... trust me i know!) or how to get a bad back... how to get splinters or how just to be tired. But the real lessons are of the heart and mind, you may not think so in a few days but when you look back in a few weeks, months or even years you will see just what an amazing time you have at SOS and how much you have taken from it.

So with that I sign off and look forward to seeing more of what you are up to this year on the site (which i hope gets updated enough to keep me happy), and wish you the best of luck.

Oh and enjoy bob's pearls or should I say pair'als of wisdom.
Andy

Good luck 2 everyone taking part!! Have a great time!!
Paul, London
